  • Scissors,
  • Lighter or Candle,
  • wire clippers,
  • floral wire,
  • Green sticky tape,
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks,
  • pearls.

Step 1:  Lets start with making the flower stem, Place a pearl through the wire. Bend the small end of the wire towards the long end, keeping the pearl in between.

Now using the clipper twist both wire together tightly so the pearl do not move around.

Step 2:For the bud, take the 8cm (length) ribbon.
Twist it diagonally as shown in the picture.Try to bring one edge in front of the other edge forming a cone.

Make a running stitch on wide open side of the cone.

Step 3:Insert the pearl side of the stem through the cone.

Gently pull the thread through, so the pearl is completely hidden in side the cone.

Step 4:Now tightly stitch the ribbon around the stem.

Step 5:Lets make petals. cut about 8cm of white ribbon

Fold the ribbon, using needle and thread make a running stitch just as shown in the picture.

Step 8: Keep adding 2 more white petals.

Step 9: Keep adding up to 3 to 4 of white petals. at this point, using the green paper tape wrap the wire tightly.

Step 10:Now lets add pink petals.

Step 11: keep adding more petals, until  you are happy with the size of the flower.

Step 12: Take the green ribbon and cut in long leaf shape.Using a lighter (a candle or a match stick will be an option) to singe the border of the ribbon.

Hold the border of your ribbon with two fingers, and lightly roll the lighter around the border of the ribbon(only for a few seconds). ( Note If you are not sure of how to singe Please click on Satin roses Step 5).
